- The AI Roadmap
- WHAT IT IS
- Every AI system your business should run, ranked by ROI, each priced in dollars per year, in a 60-day build order. Specific to your business, not from a template.
- TURNAROUND
- 2 days
- YOUR PART
- One 45–60 minute call. If your week is hard to surface from memory, you log it for a week instead and I read the log.
- DELIVERY
- A 30-minute Findings Call. The math runs on the call, not in a follow-up email.
Your business should be working without you.
I'm Oscar. In two days I map the systems your business should be running and what each one is worth to you, in dollars a year. The last Assessment surfaced HKD 508,000 a year of recoverable leaks in one cafe, read straight from the owner's own logs. Find the leaks, fix them, and start spending your days on the business, not in it.
CASE OPEN Owners keep telling me the same three things.
Word for word, from this year's Assessment calls. If one of them sounds like you, the rest of this page will too.
There’s a lot of people interested, but they haven’t been attended to.LEAK 01 · MISSED ENQUIRIES
I spend my whole Sunday doing admin.LEAK 03 · OWNER ADMIN
Every day is busy but nothing big is changing.LEAK 04 · NO DAILY NUMBERS
The leaks have dollar figures.
Three businesses let me read their real numbers this year. Here is what the two-day Assessment found in each one.
- FILE 01A CAFEASSESSMENT FINDING · READ FROM THE OWNER'S LOGS & STATEMENTSHKD 508,000–868,000 / YEAR
Recoverable leaks surfaced in a 2-day Assessment: missed enquiries, manual follow-up, platform commissions. The owner's own task log also showed 12.3 hours a month of admin marked "did not need me."
- FILE 02A TRANSPORT OPERATORASSESSMENT PROJECTION · AUTOMATION ANALYSISHKD 312,000 / YEAR
Cost-of-inaction floor on an idle fleet: buses that sit parked outside school hours while charter enquiries go unquoted for days.
- FILE 03A SOLO COACHING STUDIOASSESSMENT PROJECTION · FINDINGS DECKHKD 120,000–240,000 / YEAR
Cost of inaction from interested leads never followed up and re-bookings left to chance instead of a system.
A cafe, a bus company, a coaching studio. Different businesses, the same four leaks. Finding that pattern in your business, and pricing it, is what the Assessment is for.
These are Assessment findings and projections, not delivered results. Every number was read off documents the owner already had. When clients sign off on naming, their case files land here in full.
Only 31% of the small businesses DBS surveyed have adopted AI, and 38% of owners name a lack of reliable external support or advice as the barrier (DBS SME survey, Aug 2025).
Start with the Assessment. Then we build.
Four phases, one journey. You always know which phase you're in and what comes next.
- PHASE 01
One 45–60 minute call, then I read your week back to you with prices on it. You leave with your AI Roadmap: every system your business should run, ranked by what it saves or makes you per year, in build order.
- PHASE 02
We build what the Assessment named, fastest payback first. Fixed price, named deliverables, never an hourly meter.
- PHASE 03
Every month we read the meter off your own documents and tune what’s running. The systems learn your business as they go.
- PHASE 04
Tools update, platforms change, systems drift. Yours stay on, and you never find out something stopped working from a customer.
- ONE MONTHLY RETAINER · OPTIMIZE + MAINTAIN RUN TOGETHER
The retainer isn't an upsell. AI systems are living systems: without Optimize they decay. The retainer is how yours keep living, and your Assessment fee carries over to Month 1.
The AI Assessment.
A diagnosis with prices on it. Most owners feel what's wrong; the Assessment names it, in dollars, precisely enough to act on.
I'm not a developer. I'm a builder who uses AI practically.
I've always been a builder. A clothing brand in college taught me to run an operation end to end: product, manufacturing, logistics, support. Professional basketball taught me what discipline under pressure looks like. Ten years of coaching taught me to explain things without talking down.
Beaver Co is all three pointed at your business. Most owners don't need a developer. They need someone who understands their workflow and knows which systems to connect, in which order.

“If your roadmap can't show savings worth at least what you paid me, I keep working until it does.”
- I. Every system on your roadmap is priced in dollars before you commit to building anything.
- II. If the savings don't add up to at least the fee, I rework the roadmap until they do.
- III. Two Assessments a week, one build at a time. The guarantee holds because the calendar does.
Not for everyone.
Two Assessments a week means I filter hard, in both directions. Thirty seconds here can save us both a call.
- You run the place, or you’re the one who makes the decisions.
- Revenue arrives through enquiries and bookings.
- You’re non-technical, and plan to stay that way.
- You’d rather fix leaks than buy more tools.
- You’re shopping for the cheapest quote.
- You want a growth-hack or arbitrage play.
- You’re an enterprise with an IT department.
- The business is fighting to survive this month. Sort that first; this comes after.
Asked, answered.
Q01 Can’t I just use ChatGPT or Claude myself?
You can, and you should try it. Most owners who go alone spend months on the wrong systems with nothing to show for it. What you’re buying here isn’t access to AI. It’s knowing which systems your business needs, in what order, and someone whose name is on the outcome until they run.
Q02 Is AI consulting even a real thing?
Every technology shift creates the same job. The industrial revolution created management consulting. The internet created web agencies. AI is this decade’s version. Complexity creates confusion, and confusion needs a translator with skin in the game.
Q03 My platform already has AI built in.
It probably does, for marketing. The leaks live in operations: enquiries answered late, follow-ups that never happen, admin that eats your Sunday, numbers you can’t see daily. No platform bundle touches those, because they sit between your tools, not inside one.
Q04 How do I know it’ll pay back?
Every system on your roadmap carries a dollar figure calculated from your own numbers, and the math runs live on the call, not in a follow-up email. If the roadmap can’t show savings worth at least what you paid, I keep working until it does. That’s on the certificate above.
Q05 Why ongoing? Why not one project?
Because most AI setups forget everything the moment the project ends. Every system I build writes back to your company brain: it learns every time it runs. By month six it knows your suppliers, your team’s patterns, your busy hours. That knowledge doesn’t transfer to anyone else, and it’s why the retainer earns its fee every month.
Q06 I don’t have time for this.
Your part is one 45 to 60 minute call, and the whole thing runs in two days. If you can’t surface your week from memory, you log it for a week and I read the log instead. I cap the calendar at two Assessments a week so the work actually happens on time.
